This Terms of Service outlines the rules and responsibilities regarding the use of the CleanPic app (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

1. User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for the photos analyzed and organized using the app. Users must not upload data that infringes on the rights of others or is collected unlawfully.

2. Data Storage

Analysis results and photo information are stored only on the user's device. The app does not automatically transmit data externally or back it up to the cloud.

3. Prohibited Actions

• Collecting or saving data without the consent of others
• Injecting malicious code or manipulating the app in abnormal ways

4. Changes to Terms

The operator reserves the right to change these terms with prior notice.

5. Age of Use

The CleanPic app is available for users aged 4 and older in accordance with app store guidelines. Minors are advised to use the app under the supervision of a guardian.

6. Paid Services and Ads

CleanPic operates on a subscription-based model. Premium features are available through paid subscriptions, which are processed via the App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to each store’s policies. Free users may have limited access to certain features and may see ads within the app.

7. Disclaimer

The operator is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, such as data loss, misclassification, or service interruptions, resulting from the use of the app. Users are responsible for managing and reviewing their data regularly. This service is provided "as is" without any guarantees regarding accuracy or suitability.
